The Honeymoon Begins!

Prince William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, can be seen here in a video taking a short stroll around Buckingham Palace this morning before leaving by helicopter for their honeymoon. There is a great article in The Telegraph here about the possible destinations which are being kept a secret. Since this post, it has been reported that they will post pone a long honeymoon as Prince William must return to his job in about a week.

They both look so wonderful and happy even on what must be very little sleep. Notice how quiet it is in the video which is with sound. It is a bright sunny day and so peaceful. There is hardly anyone around compared to yesterday's excitement and crowds. The Telegraph article says "Before they boarded the aircraft, palace staff had carried out some of their luggage, which included a bouquet of white blooms." That's so romantic!!!

What struck me the most about Prince William and Kate is that they have the EXACT same walk. Each step is in perfect unison and yet it seems unintentional and completely natural. I believe they are truly a match made in heaven. :)

I hope they live happily ever after!

Royal Wedding Memories

I wanted to save some photos from the Royal Wedding of Prince William and his lovely new bride Catherine Elizabeth Middleton. It was truly a beautiful wedding, a dreamy fairy tale come true. You can watch highlights from their Royal Wedding in a short video here.

Prince William and Catherine received their new titles from Her Royal Magesty, Queen Elizabeth II. Their new title is now officially the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Prince William is now His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge. Kate's official title is Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge. The Queen also gave Prince William two additional titles... He is also now the Earl of Stratheam and Baron Carrickfergus which link him to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

I got up very early to watch their wedding live on TV in Los Angeles. I hope you had the chance to watch it too.
